Can players refrain from banging their boots on the changing room floors / walls as well as the outside walls.

There are black pallets for this purpose located outside your changing room

Directions

Turn right out of the ground, follow road towards Padstow town, past the school on the left, passed Tesco on the right, continue till next right (before fire station) Go down the hill, take the second turning on the left into social club car park (The Lawn)  - 50p per hour.

Take steps at bottom end of car park turn right, 50mts along turn left down a slope and then steps. Bottom of steps, turn left down the slope into the back entrance of the Golden Lion.

2 minute drive and a 2 minute walk. See you there!!
